WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work remotely from anywhere in Greece. The role involves assisting customers in Italian and English, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high-quality experience.

You will join an international team with fully remote work, paid training from day one, and attractive relocation support if you move from another EU country.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Document interactions in CRM and internal systems.
