WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work remotely from Greece with a multinational team. You will handle customer inquiries in Italian and English, participate in a comprehensive paid training, and benefit from a fully remote setup with international collaboration.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and CRM usage, with rotations and a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences across platforms.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and multiple applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willing to work rotational shifts.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
