WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, fully remote team. You will provide professional support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the platform.

Training is fully paid, and relocation support is offered for EU relocations. Work is 100% remote from Greece, with a shift schedule and an international, multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level as required by the role.
• English communication at B2+ level for training and internal use.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach to help users.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
