WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will handle Italian customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, resolve issues, and document interactions in the CRM. No prior experience is required, with paid training and strong relocation support from day one.

You’ll join an international, multicultural team with a 5-days-per-week schedule and rotational shifts. English training support is included.

Competenze

• Languages: Italian C1/C2 and English B2+.
• Experience in Customer Support is an advantage, but not required.
• Ability to work remotely from Greece and coordinate with an international team.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve account-related issues, and guide users on platform features.
• Troubleshoot issues, document interactions in CRM, and meet quality standards.
