Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) required or highly proficient
• English (B2+) for training and internal comms
• Previous customer support experience helpful but not required

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions
• Troubleshoot issues and document interactions in CRM
