Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking customer support professionals for a fully remote role based in Greece. You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, deliver product information with empathy, and escalate complex cases as needed.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided, and you can work remotely from anywhere in Greece. This is an international, multicultural environment with ongoing learning and growth opportunities. Relocation is available.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian at C2 level.
• English level: minimum B2 (intermediate) or higher.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.
• Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

Mansioni

• Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Offer product or service information with professionalism and empathy.
• Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate teams when required.
