WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team. This fully remote role from Greece offers paid training, a competitive salary package, and full relocation support for EU relocations.

You will handle customer inquiries in Italian and English, document interactions, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience. Ideal candidates have fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+), with or without prior customer support experience.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
