Job summary

Hostaway is seeking a goal-driven Inbound Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the Spanish and Italian markets. This fully remote role requires collaboration with European teams and fluent English for cross-market support.

You will engage vacation rental managers and property owners, qualifying leads for the sales team and coordinating multi-channel outreach. Ideal candidates have native Spanish, professional Italian, and strong English, with experience in B2B SaaS sales.

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish and professional Italian, fluent English for company-wide communication.
• Prior sales, business development, or customer-facing experience; inbound SDR or B2B SaaS background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads in Spanish, Italian, or English via phone, email, or LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for the sales team; ensure smooth handover.
• Follow up with unengaged leads using multi-touch sequences to maximise conversion.
• Research prospects to personalise conversations and prioritize high-potential leads.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead quality and market trends.
• Refine qualification criteria and follow-up playbooks with the sales team.
