Job summary

Gamdom is seeking an HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR processes, focusing on onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records. The role involves handling Talexio-based employee data and providing general HR support across departments.

You will also assist recruitment activities as needed, while working in a fully remote, international environment with flexible hours. Fluency in English and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HR Administrator/HR Coordinator/HR Assistant or similar role.
• Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding and employment documentation.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms; Talexio experience is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all steps and documents are completed.
• Prepare and maintain employment agreements, amendments, and HR documents.
• Maintain and update employee records in Talexio.
• Coordinate employee account creation, access updates, and deactivation with relevant departments.
• Assist with day-to-day HR queries and administrative requests.
• Monitor probation periods, renewals, leave, and other milestones.
• Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate communication.
