Job summary

G-P, a leading provider in the EOR space, seeks an HR Specialist to advise clients across Southern Europe as an in-country HR expert. You will own the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance, and support both onboarding and terminations within a 1-year fixed-term contract.

Role emphasizes complex employee relations, immigration, and cross-border payroll collaborations, with a remote-first, international team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Fluent in French and English
• Deep knowledge of labour laws across Southern Europe, esp. France
• Experience supporting complex employee relations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Tech-savvy with HR tools such as HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom & Slack

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure a compliant experience.
• Manage complex employee relations and draft legally sound documentation.
• Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
• Be the first contact for client queries on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Provide guidance on labour laws and cultural nuances in Southern Europe.
• Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation.
• Guide clients through PIP processes and timely salary changes.
• Collaborate with Global Mobility on immigration and mobility needs.
• Document processes and ensure smooth handovers for efficiency.
• Drive automation and AI adoption to streamline HR processes.
• Lead compliance governance projects across Southern Europe.
• Standardize and improve HR practices globally.
