Boston Scientific is seeking a Product Manager, Strategic Marketing Endourology EMEA to shape the long-term strategy for the Endourology franchise across Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will develop portfolio recommendations, assess market expansion opportunities, and build data-driven business cases to guide investment and launches.

You will collaborate with PMs, Global Marketing and country teams, translating customer insights into strategic actions while balancing short-term opportunities

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent required.
• 7–10+ years product management experience in Medical Device industry preferred.
• Fluency in English required; additional European language is a plus.
• Demonstrates strengths in strategic thinking & business acumen.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Willing to travel ~50%.

• Define the long-term strategic direction of the Endourology franchise across EMEA.
• Develop data-driven portfolio recommendations on prioritization and market expansion.
• Translate insights into strategic options for EMEA and Global leadership.
• Partner with Product Managers to reflect priorities in plans and launches.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Group Marketing Manager on priorities and risks.
• Influence portfolio strategy through collaboration with Global Marketing and country teams.
