Medtronic is seeking a European marketing leader to drive cardiology-focused campaigns and CRM initiatives across multiple countries. You will shape value propositions for AI-driven healthcare technologies, lead cross-functional teams and influence strategic planning, market analyses and promotional activities to advance patient-centered care.

The role requires strong leadership, deep European market knowledge, and experience with product launches in healthcare.

Competenze

Master’s degree with proven marketing leadership in the medical device or healthcare sector.
Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management in a complex matrix organization.
Experience in product launches and developing value propositions for AI-driven healthcare technologies.
Deep understanding of the Western European market landscape, especially cardiology and CRM.
Ability to manage large, diverse teams and drive alignment across multiple countries and functions.

Mansioni

Develops program marketing plan with strategies, objectives, tactics and budget.
Conducts market analyses to understand health care financing, organization, systems and care standards for plan support.
Initiates market research on economics of care delivery.
Establishes and executes promotional strategies to support the marketing plan.
Develops and maintains relationships with health system customers to understand needs.
Collaborates with internal business unit, marketing and sales to develop and execute the plan.
