Medtronic is seeking a Global Senior Product Manager – SCS within the Global Strategic Marketing team. You will set global marketing strategy for the spinal cord stimulation portfolio and execute marketing programs and growth initiatives.

The role requires broad cross-functional knowledge, strong product launch experience, and ability to lead in a regulated, technical environment. The ideal candidate has extensive product management and launch experience, is proactive, data-driven, and will

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of marketing or sales experience.
• Healthcare marketing experience is preferred (Medical Devices).
• Experience operating in a highly matrixed organization across functions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Mansioni

• Act as SCS marketing leader and central point of contact for Western Europe.
• Drive market share and clinical adoption through competitor analysis and targeted positioning.
• Lead global portfolio marketing, annual plans, messaging, and evidence dissemination.
• Collaborate with regions on demand forecasting and support for new product introductions.
