Opdenergy seeks a Grid Connection Engineer to support current and future projects in Italy. You will manage the grid connection process, prepare HV connection applications, analyze technical outcomes, and collaborate with legal and project teams.

Strong knowledge of Italian grid regulations and E-distribuzione processes is required, with English proficiency and a willingness to travel between offices in Italy.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in electrical connections for renewable energy plants.
• Proven experience in HV substations construction.
• Proven experience in grid works with E-distribuzione.
• Knowledge of the Italian Grid Connection Process (and TICA).
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, project drawings, and technical documentation.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage the entire grid connection process with grid operators (e-distribuzione, Terna, etc.).
• Draft and submit medium/high voltage grid connection applications.
• Analyze technical outcomes and verify feasibility.
• Support during development and permitting phases focusing on electrical aspects.
• Collaborate with legal, permitting and project management teams.
