Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid social experience in an international setting.
• Strong creative strategy skills with a track record of ads that perform.
• Data-driven approach to testing, measurement, and decision-making.
• Experience improving conversion rates and managing campaigns against ROI goals.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and experience with other platforms.
• Ability to adapt messaging across markets while keeping brand consistency.
• Clear communication and sound judgment when health topics are involved.
• Nice to have: experience in health tech, medical devices, wearables, or subscription products.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy, planning and execution across markets.
• Develop creative hypotheses based on research, market differences and data.
• Brief, test and refine ad concepts, messages, formats and landing pages with teams.
• Manage campaign budgets, audiences and optimization across platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journey and conversion rate.
• Measure performance against cost, revenue and ROI; derive next steps.
• Collaborate with clinical, regulatory and legal to ensure claims are accurate.
• Steer agencies and freelancers, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
