Air Apps is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple channels from its Lisbon office. You will oversee SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and content strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and keyword research strategies.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, UTM tracking and CRO basics.
• Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent copywriting for ads, landing pages and social content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, display, paid social).
• Optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid channels to drive growth and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to improve rankings.
• Analyze campaigns, run A/B tests, and optimize spend for efficiency.
• Collaborate with content/design teams to create ads and landing pages.
• Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and customer acquisition funnels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new digital marketing technologies.
• Develop retargeting and segmentation to improve retention and LTV.
