• Remotely coordinating Air Dolomiti flight irregularities—cancellations, delays, and diversions
• Supporting airports across the Air Dolomiti network concerning the correct application of all company procedures (Ground Operations Manual)
• Monitoring extra handling costs to implement cost-cutting measures during irregularity handling
• Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in real-time to minimize disruption to passengers and crew
