Job summary

Aviapartner seeks a motivated Supervisor on Duty - Area Operations to join the Airside department at Fiumicino Airport. You will oversee staff on duty, guide behaviours to meet company standards, and ensure compliance with airport regulations for safety and quality.

Responsibilities include providing technical support, coordinating equipment, and assisting with administrative tasks such as sick leaves and vacations, to maintain excellent service in a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Weight and Balance processes.
• Team Building, Team Working, and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Assertiveness, emergency management, problem solving, stress management.
• Coordination and leadership skills to ensure the required quality standards.
• Human Resources coordination.
• Customer and results orientation.
• Knowledge and use of IT support.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Driving licence (B) and car owner.

Responsibilities
