As a Field Support Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our flights operate as smoothly as possible—even when things don't go according to plan. You'll be the remote coordinator for flight irregularities, supporting airports across our network, and helping to keep our operations efficient, cost-effective, and passenger-focused.

Your Main Functions

• Remotely coordinating Air Dolomiti flight irregularities —including cancellations, delays, and diversions—ensuring swift and effective resolution
• Supporting airports across the Air Dolomiti network concerning the correct application of all company procedures (Ground Operations Manual)
• Monitoring extra handling costs in order to implement cost-cutting measures during irregularity handling of Air Dolomiti flights
• Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in real-time to minimize disruption to passengers and crew
