Insider, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive Professional Services sales in Italy. This role demands a blend of sales, technical, and consulting experience to enhance customer adoption of MongoDB's solutions. You will collaborate across teams, manage the Professional Services pipeline, and ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a BS degree in Computer Science and at least 5 years in enterprise software sales, alongside strong presentation skills and fluency in French and English.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Professional Services sales or technology solutions.
• Experience as an architect, consultant, or Professional Services manager.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to travel for key engagements.
