Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead and optimize payroll across MEDNA, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery. You will direct a multi‑level payroll team and work closely with HR, Finance and external vendors.

The role reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll and offers the flexibility of remote work while aligning to local regulations and Danaher’s global payroll standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end regional payroll cycles for MEDNA region ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country and regional labor laws and tax requirements.
