Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across the MEDNA region, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery. The role involves supervising a multi-level team and partnering with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

The position supports on-site or remote work arrangements, reporting to the Director of EMEA Payroll, within the Corporate organization. The role includes governance of payroll processes and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business or HR.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience relevant to EMEA.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• CPP certification and strategic payroll problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements with HRIS/IT teams.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll reports and insights.
