Job summary

Danaher is recruiting a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll across MEDNA, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. You will direct a multi‑level payroll team and partner with HR, Finance and vendors to drive performance and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7–9 years of payroll experience, including 3–5 years in EMEA payrolls, with CPP certification preferred. Flexible remote work options are available depending on location and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Human Resources required.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls with focus on regulations, tax and labor laws.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage and develop a team.
• Capability to lead others through change and implement new processes or standards with effective performance management.
• CPP certification is preferred.
• Strategic thinking in resolving payroll issues considering timing and tax implications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Approve payroll-related payments and conduct audits for accuracy.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country and regional labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development; oversee PTO scheduling.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements with HRIS/IT teams.
