Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Application Consultant, Digital Pathology to support the Digital Pathology commercial team across the customer lifecycle in Italy. You will partner with Sales Specialists and Account Managers to design IT solutions addressing clinical, operational and enterprise IT requirements, including digital pathology scanners and AI-enabled applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, informatics, imaging, or healthcare-related discipline.
Experience in healthcare IT environments and systems integration with interoperability standards (DICOM/HL7).
Experience in solution selling, technical consulting, or applications support.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales Specialists to achieve growth objectives and advance customer opportunities.
Lead discovery sessions, workflow assessments and solution design workshops; demonstrate Digital Pathology and AI-enabled solutions.
Influence stakeholders across pathology, laboratory operations, informatics and healthcare IT.
Support customers in transitioning to digital and computational pathology workflows.
