Leica Biosystems, part of the Danaher family, offers a fully remote Digital Pathology Helpdesk Engineer role within Italy. You will support the EMEA DP Helpdesk, troubleshoot software remotely, and coordinate with regional teams to ensure fast issue resolution.

The role requires Italian and English fluency, experience with Windows Server and virtualization, and familiarity with Mirth Connect and HL7 networking. A competitive salary accompanies a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

Experience in remote troubleshooting of software systems.
Proficiency with Windows Server 2008–2025 and virtualization.
Familiarity with Mirth Connect and HL7 networking.
Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

Respond to inbound routine Digital Pathology queries from customer care & technical support.
Escalate to specialists or 3rd level support when deeper knowledge is required.
Update customer account records & cases after interventions.
Collaborate with regional teams to resolve issues and assist on-site engineers remotely.
Diagnose faults remotely and provide troubleshooting via phone/email remote login.
Log activities in CRM and record software issues in the appropriate systems.
