Bluserena, based in Abruzzo with a Headquarters in Pescara, seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth, optimise performance, and build data-driven marketing programs across the Group. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating with commercial teams to convert insights into revenue.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in digital marketing, a strong analytics background, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• 8+ years in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or similar roles.
• Proven leadership of digital marketing strategies, teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial mindset with track record translating marketing actions into revenue and growth.
• Excellent analytical skills to turn data and market insights into strategic decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation and Digital Analytics.
• Expertise in customer journeys, CRO, UX and digital conversion optimization.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and external partners.

• Shape and execute the Group’s Digital Marketing & Growth strategy aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
• Use data to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Develop growth initiatives across segments, channels and touchpoints with measurable targets.
• Lead the digital customer journey from acquisition to loyalty.
• Plan and optimize full-funnel performance across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, Metasearch, Email and Affiliate channels.
• Drive revenue and ROI through testing, analysis and budget optimization.
• Oversee website, booking engine, UX and CRO to improve customer experience and performance.
• Develop CRM and loyalty initiatives through segmentation and automation.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Brand and Operations to translate priorities into actions.
• Build dashboards and forecasts; communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and external partners to ensure quality execution.
