You will shape priorities, translate customer and market insights into strategies, and lead initiatives across SEO, CRM, marketing automation and analytics.

The role requires 8+ years in digital marketing, fluency in Italian and English, and a proven ability to drive growth in hospitality or consumer sectors.

Competenze

• 8+ years in Digital Marketing or similar roles.
• Proven leadership of digital marketing strategies, teams and agencies.
• Strong commercial mindset with revenue/conversion impact.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate data into strategy.
• Advanced knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation and Digital Analytics.
• Hospitality/travel/consumer industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
