Bluserena Sede Centrale in Pescara, Abruzzo, seeks a senior Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate digital growth and improve commercial performance across the Group. You will translate customer, market and performance insights into strategies that drive acquisition, conversion, direct revenue, retention and loyalty, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Reporting to Marketing & Communication, you will lead campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, CRM and loyalty

Competenze

• 8+ years in Digital Marketing or related fields.
• Proven experience leading strategies, teams, agencies.
• Fluent in Italian and English; strong commercial mindset.

Mansioni

• Shape and execute the Group's Digital Marketing & Growth strategy.
• Use data to identify business opportunities and support decisions.
• Develop growth initiatives across customer segments, channels and touchpoints.
• Lead the digital customer journey across acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention and loyalty.
• Plan and optimize full-funnel performance marketing across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, Metasearch, E-mail Marketing and Affiliate channels.
• Drive direct revenue, ROAS, conversion and ROI through testing, analysis and budget optimization.
• Manage and drive the evolution of the website, booking engine, UX and CRO to improve customer experience and commercial performance.
• Develop CRM and loyalty initiatives through segmentation, personalization, customer profiling and marketing automation.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Sales, Brand and Operations to turn commercial priorities into integrated marketing actions.
• Build dashboards, forecasts and performance reviews, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and external media, digital, CRM and technology partners, ensuring accountability and quality of execution.
• Promote a test-and-learn culture, digital innovation and continuous improvement across digital marketing activities and cross-functional initiatives.
