BLUSERENA HOTELS & RESORTS in Italy seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate digital growth, strengthen commercial performance, and shape high-impact marketing initiatives across the Group.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will define digital priorities, translate insights into strategies, and lead initiatives across SEO, SEM, CRM, and channels, with hands-on execution and measurable ROI.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or related roles.
• Proven leadership of digital marketing strategies, teams, agencies and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial mindset with track record of linking marketing actions to revenue and growth.
• Excellent analytical skills to turn data and market trends into actionable plans.
• Advanced knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and digital analytics.
• Solid expertise in customer journeys, CRO, UX and conversion optimization.

• Shape and execute the Group’s Digital Marketing & Growth strategy, aligning priorities with revenue and brand objectives.
• Use data to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Develop growth initiatives across channels, segments and touchpoints with measurable targets.
• Lead the digital customer journey across acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention and loyalty.
• Plan and optimize full-funnel performance across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, Email and affiliates.
• Drive direct revenue, ROAS, conversion and ROI through testing and budget optimization.
• Manage website, booking engine, UX and CRO to improve experience and performance.
• Develop CRM and loyalty initiatives through segmentation and automation.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Brand and Operations for integrated actions.
• Build dashboards, forecasts and performance reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and external media partners to ensure quality of execution.
• Promote a test-and-learn culture and digital innovation across activities.
