Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Professional Services Architect to lead the design and planning of Idira solutions for customers. You will align with implementation services, sales, and product management to ensure solutions meet customer needs, Idira Security standards, and are executed as planned.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, guide best practices in privileged account security, and build strong customer relationships while working remotely within a global hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Cybersecurity, Professional Services, or a client-facing technical leadership role.
• CISSP or equivalent security certification (preferred); Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Privileged account security, enterprise networking, databases, systems administration, and vulnerability management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, technical communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English essential; a second major European language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Idira solutions and planning documentation for customers.
• Understand customer needs to provide short- and long-term goals and manage the customer journey.
• Provide guidance on best practices and trends in privileged account security.
• Assess near-term needs to establish business priorities and advise on options and impact.
• Demonstrate understanding of large-scale IT systems, security regulatory risk management, and vulnerabilities.
• Establish new standard approaches for deploying Idira’s solutions and securing privileged accounts.
• Act as a technical expert or client-serving resource to internal and external clients.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Serve as conduit for communications to/from customer and Idira teams.
• Resolve customer issues and escalations while managing expectations.
