Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Idira solutions and planning documentation.
• Understand customer needs and guide short- and long-term goals across the customer journey.
• Provide guidance on best practices in privileged account security.
• Assess needs and advise on options, benefits, and impact to business processes.
• Demonstrate understanding of large-scale IT systems, security risk management, and vulnerabilities.
• Establish new standard approaches for deploying Idira solutions and securing privileged accounts.
• Serve as a technical expert to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Coordinate communications among customer, implementation services, sales, product management, and marketing teams.
• Resolve customer issues and manage expectations throughout the process.
