Palo Alto Networks is hiring a Professional Services Architect (Remote) to lead Idira solution design for customers. You will coordinate with implementation services, sales, and product teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and security standards across engagements.

You will guide best practices, manage the customer journey, and build strong relationships while articulating options, risks, and business value to diverse audiences. Travel may be required occasionally.

Competenze

• 3+ years in Cybersecurity, Professional Services, or a client-facing technical leadership role.
• CISSP or equivalent security certification (preferred); Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Privileged account security, enterprise networking, databases, systems administration, and vulnerability management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, technical communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proactive, adaptable to evolving scopes, and methodical in problem-solving with the ability to motivate and influence others.
• Demonstrable experience in communicating to different target audiences from technical to executive.
• Full professional proficiency in English essential, a second major European language is advantageous.

Job Summary

As a Professional Services Architect, you will take a leadership role in designing and planning Idira solutions for our customers by establishing best practices and new approaches to adapt to the ever-changing security landscape. The Professional Services Architect must coordinate closely with implementation services, sales teams, and product management to ensure the solutions they architect meet customer needs, the Idira Security standards and are executed according to the plan.
