Wyser S.r.l. A Socio Unico is seeking a Customer Service Specialist fluent in Italian and Romanian to be the primary contact for customers across Europe.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding service and driving engagement in a fully remote setting. You will handle multichannel support, order processing, returns, translations, and collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure consistent customer communications.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in a Customer Service role.
• Experience in direct selling, FMCG, wellness, healthcare or consumer goods is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience through timely, professional and solution-oriented support.
• Manage customer interactions across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Handle order processing, returns management, credit requests and related administrative activities.
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality and satisfaction.
• Support local market activities through translation and proofreading of materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment of communications.
• Manage outbound communications about backorders, delays and updates.
