Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager, Corporate Actions in Italy to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for post-trade operations within a regulated financial services environment.

You will drive cross-functional delivery with engineering, operations, compliance, tax, finance, and legal teams while expanding to new markets and asset classes. Remote-first position with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of brokerage corporate action processing (announcement sources, record dates, ex-dates, payment dates, entitlement calculations).
• Experience creating product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and delivering under tight deadlines in fintech/ brokerage environments.
• Understanding of clearing operations, ledgers, and books/records to assess downstream impacts.

Responsibilities

• Own the Corporate Actions product lifecycle and roadmap for end-to-end processing at scale.
• Oversee data providers, validation workflows, and data quality standards for automation.
• Design phased automation for mandatory actions and pre-reconciliation processes.
• Develop entitlements worksheets, dashboards, and monitoring tools to track timing and workloads.
• Coordinate readiness for international market expansions and new event types.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, tax, finance, and legal to translate requirements into specs.
• Contribute to broader post-trade infrastructure including security master management and ledger integrity.
