Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks an experienced Program Manager in Italy to lead complex, multi-project initiatives in banking/fintech. This fully remote role focuses on governance, budgets, roadmaps, and delivering measurable business value across distributed teams.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance, establish governance frameworks (RACI, steering), and ensure regulatory alignment (PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, SOC 2,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in IT/CS/Engineering.
10+ years in project or program management.
Experience delivering programs within banking/fintech.
Strong governance, PMO models, and portfolio mgmt knowledge.
Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI PgMP or SAFe Portfolio Mgmt.
Extensive SAFe/LeSS/Disciplined Agile Delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Define, implement, and oversee program governance structures and compliance checkpoints.
Align multi-project portfolios with strategy to deliver measurable value.
Develop and maintain roadmaps, budgets, milestones, KPIs, and resources.
Oversee concurrent projects with cross-functional coordination and timing.
Lead, mentor, and support PMs across engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance.
Establish best practices for agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
