Boston Scientific in Italy is seeking an Account Manager in Rhythm Management to drive growth within Emilia-Romagna. You will support the Divisional Manager, manage key accounts, and execute regional sales initiatives to expand market share.

You'll collaborate with Field Clinical Specialists, KAMs, and RSMs to develop tailored Account Action Plans, participate in OR procedures when needed, and engage hospital decision-makers to win new opportunities across the region.

Competenze

• 6–7 years of medical device commercial experience with CRM knowledge preferred.
• Experience supporting procedures in the operating room.
• Strong knowledge of local healthcare markets and hospital buyers.
• Background in Rhythm Management devices and procedures preferred.
• Proven tender preparation and engagement with purchasing departments.
• Excellent communication and fluent English.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
