Medtronic in Italy (Campania, Napoli) seeks a Technical Consultant for Cardiac Rhythm Management to be the clinical/technical go‑to for CRM products and to foster strong, lasting relationships with electrophysiologists, surgeons and hospital staff.

You will support pacemakers, defibrillators and diagnostic devices, manage implants logistics and follow‑ups, and lead efforts in remote support and product education across hospitals, with up to 90% domestic travel.

Competenze

• First Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant, advanced degree.
• Certified paramedic or background in ECG.
• Good technical skills & ability with good communication skills.
• Developed interpersonal relationship-building skills and teaching skills.
• Flexible hours and domestic travel up to 90%.

Mansioni

• Responsibilities on Pacemakers implants procedure support, diagnostic device & defibrillator's.
• Supporting all logistic aspects before & after the implants.
• Responsibility on inventory & order the device before the implant.
• Include the core responsibilities - supporting implants & patients follow up clinics.
• An explanation to a given name of Medtronic device/technology - Cardiac Rhythm management to be involved in clinical devices support like pacemakers, defibrillator solutions & diagnostics devices with follow up patient's clinics support.
• Ensures the implementation of therapy promotional / sales programs in conjunction with marketing communication, education, clinical and training, practice enhancement, and reimbursement.
• Builds strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process to enhance the Medtronic Brand and Image.
