OpenTable, based in Florence, Italy, is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of restaurant partners remotely with regular travel to client sites. This 12-month fixed-term role emphasizes onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewal across the full customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and English, have 5+ years in related roles, and excel at building trusted relationships to improve reservation flows and business performance.

Qualifications

5+ years in account management or related customer-facing roles.
Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication skills.
Ability to understand customer objectives, handle objections, and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners across onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and growth.
Build relationships through regular meetings, reviews, and visits.
Help customers configure OpenTable to optimize reservations and install integrations.
Identify marketing opportunities and support renewal of expiring contracts.
Coordinate with Technical Support, Marketing, Product to resolve issues and deliver outcomes.
Gather feedback and suggest product improvements.
