Job summary

Liberty Music PR is seeking an A&R Outbound Sales Executive (Freelance) to discover and nurture new musical talent remotely. You will navigate PR journeys for artists, guiding them through the process while building strong, ongoing relationships.

A love for music and familiarity with the industry are preferred; independence and self-motivation are essential. Remote freelance role with uncapped commissions and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales (preferably in lead generation and prospecting).
• Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
• Ability to set and follow your own daily routines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and Source New Artists using platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and social media.
• Initial Pitch and Outreach to artists, showcasing PR services and benefits.
• Close deals with Artists, Labels and Managers.
• Artist Relationship Management as the main contact for your artists.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with artists for future collaborations.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Manage leads in the CRM and keep records up-to-date.
• Stay informed about trends in press, radio, playlisting and TikTok for advice.
