Job summary

Liberty Music PR in Italy is seeking an A&R Outbound Sales Executive to join the team on a remote, freelance basis. You will source and pitch new artists, represent the PR services, and help artists navigate media campaigns while building strong relationships.

You should bring at least two years of sales experience, a passion for music, and the ability to work independently from any location. Uncapped commissions and a flexible schedule await the right self-motivated candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales (lead gen/prospecting).
• Experience with customer relationship management systems preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely with self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source new artists using platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and social media.
• Initial pitch and outreach to artists showcasing our PR services.
• Close deals with artists, labels and managers.
• Manage artist relationships and guide them through the PR process.
• Develop long-term relationships with artists and campaigns.
• Coordinate with team to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Maintain CRM records and add leads to the system.
• Stay updated on trends in press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok.
