Adventura Srl, a dynamic Performance Marketing agency, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Setters. This role is central to our sales pipeline, ideal for those with a hunter mentality who enjoy initiating contact and creating new opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support. You will proactively reach out to businesses from lead lists, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our senior Closer team.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• (For Senior Profiles) Opportunity to progress into closing selected sales.
