Job summary

DNV is seeking a Training Sales Area Manager in Italy to grow our Training & Personnel Certification services. You will identify clients’ training needs, tailor solutions, and close offers with public and in-house programs, while aligning with DNV policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Sales experience in corporate training services is required.
• Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills are essential.
• Independence and responsibility in entrusted tasks.
• Creativity and openness to new solutions and concepts.
• Excellent work organization and proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market to understand trends, opportunities, and competitors’ strategies.
• Identify clients’ training needs and provide suitable training solutions.
• Prepare, negotiate and close offers for Public and In-house Training and Personnel Certification services.
• Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Collaborate with other functions within the Training & Personnel Certification Team.
• Dedicate at least 60% of weekly activities to contacting, meeting, and visiting prospects and customers.
• Provide input for forecasting, Tactical Plans, KPIs and target-setting processes.
