Job summary

Ackcio in Italy is seeking a field-based Business Development Lead to own a key market. You will visit sites, meet engineers and contractors, and build relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.

You will manage the territory end-to-end and help expand into nearby regions as the business grows. You will run product demos with our engineering team, prepare proposals with the Singapore unit, keep CRM up to date, and feed market feedback into the product roadmap while driving a competitive

Qualifications

5+ years in business development or technical sales in construction, infrastructure or instrumentation.
Strong local network among monitoring firms, geotechnical consultants and contractors.
Fluency in the local language and professional English.

Responsibilities

Build and own the sales pipeline for SHM and geotechnical monitoring in your territory.
Meet monitoring contractors, engineering consultants and main contractors face to face.
Win new accounts and grow them into long-term, repeat customers.
Run product demos and support pilot projects with our engineering team.
Represent Ackcio at local trade shows, conferences and industry events.
Prepare proposals and quotations with our Singapore team.
Bring customer and market feedback back into our product roadmap.
Keep our CRM accurate so the whole team can see what is happening.
