Qualifications

• Native Italian and fluent in English.
• Degree or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Environmental Engineering, Surveying or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers in Italy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and strategic accounts.
• Understand customer needs and support the definition of suitable geotechnical monitoring solutions.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and tender documentation.
• Manage opportunities, customer interactions and pipeline activities through Salesforce CRM, Pipeline and Sales Planning.
• Support customer meetings, presentations, trade shows and industry events.
• Monitor the Italian market to identify upcoming projects, tenders and business opportunities.
• Gradually contribute to development of business opportunities across Europe.
• Travel regularly to meet customers and support projects.
