Job summary

StairwaySoft, Ltd. seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Southern Italy region in the Smart Home sector. You will provide commercial support to partners, build a sales network, and expand the client portfolio through high-value acquisitions.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and experience in B2B sales within electrical/HVAC or related distribution channels. Remote work is offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Providing commercial support to partners (system integrators, designers, installers, wholesalers).

• Expanding the client portfolio through new high-value acquisitions.
• Developing new B2B distribution channels.
• Carrying out sales activities with objectives defined and shared with Sales Management.
• Developing medium- and long-term projects with sales forecasts, budgets, targets and performance objectives.
