Job summary
ABB Electrification in Italy invites you to join the Home Solutions sales team, focusing on wiring accessories and door entry systems. You will drive revenue, build partnerships with distributors, installers, and designers, and implement territory plans.
The role requires 3–5 years in residential electrical or home automation, strong negotiation and CRM skills, and fluency in Italian (English a plus). The position is onsite in Florence area with a competitive salary and performance incentives.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in residential electrical or home automation sectors.
- Experience working with electrical distributors, installers, and channel partners.
- Proficient with CRM and structured sales processes.
- Able to communicate in Italian and English (English advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Sell Home Solutions products focusing on wiring accessories and door entry systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, and designers.
- Prepare and implement sales plans in line with territory strategy.
- Coordinate technical and commercial offers with marketing and proposals teams.
- Travel within the assigned territory as needed.
