Siemens AG in Italy’s Triveneto region is seeking a Sales Area Manager within Smart Infrastructure - Buildings to lead growth across building technologies, digital solutions and services.

You will direct direct and indirect sales, develop strategic customer relationships, strengthen partner ecosystem, and drive profitable business results while delivering decarbonization and energy efficiency goals. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifikationen

• Requires technical educational background (Degree or Diploma).
• 6+ years in Building Automation, HVAC or Smart Building market, incl. 3+ years in sales in Triveneto.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Willing to manage direct and indirect sales channels including partner ecosystem.

Aufgaben

• Lead all sales activities in the area, collaborating with Regional Account Managers and other stakeholders.
• Acquire new strategic customers and expand presence in key accounts with account development plans.
• Promote Siemens' digital, energy efficiency and sustainability portfolio to decarbonize and improve ESG outcomes.
• Ensure pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline to drive commercial performance.
• Build and develop the Buildings sales organization and strengthen partner networks.
