Job summary

Sungrow Renewables Development Co., Ltd is seeking an experienced PV Module Sales Manager to lead our solar module business across regional markets. You will craft sales strategies, manage distributors, and ensure compliance with local regulations while driving revenue growth.

Requirements include proven PV sales experience, ability to travel frequently, and strong English and local language proficiency. The role starts as a contractor, with potential transition as the entity establishes

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in PV or new energy with mature channel and installer networks.
• Working experience in multi-regional markets is highly preferred.
• Be available for unrestricted business travel within the target region and neighboring countries.
• Proficiency in local language plus CEFR C1 English; all interviews in English.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop regional customers and achieve sales targets.
• Strong compliance, integrity and cross-departmental collaboration in regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional PV module sales plans aligned with corporate strategy.
• Deliver annual targets for revenue, receivables, and new customer acquisition in the territory.
• Own end-to-end sales contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution tracking.
• Monitor compliance, delivery timelines and receivables risk across regional workflow.
• Gather local feedback on module specs and market needs; coordinate with R&D for localisation and campaigns.
