TRATON Financial Services is expanding its IT leadership footprint in Southern Europe. We seek a Regional IT Lead to translate global IT strategy into regional execution, partner with market leaders, and drive governance, cybersecurity, and cost optimization across Europe. The role requires 10–15 years in corporate IT, leadership experience, and fluent English.

You will oversee regional IT teams, drive transformation, cloud adoption, and vendor management while traveling about 20% of the time.

Competenze

• 10-15 years of professional experience in a corporate environment.
• University degree and fluent English.
• Strong leadership and 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with global IT strategies and business transformations.
• Proven ability to drive change and navigate dynamic environments.

Mansioni

• Translate global IT strategy into regional execution plans.
• Act as IT partner for regional leaders and ensure technology supports growth and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements and audit expectations.
• Oversee market IT budgets, cost optimization, forecasting and investment prioritization.
• Lead digitalization, cloud adoption, system modernization, and process improvements.
• Steer market IT teams, capability development and succession planning.
• Support markets in cyber resilience, disaster recovery and data protection.
• Steer regional technology vendors, outsourcing partners, SLAs and contracts.
• Drive adoption of new tools, systems and operating models across the region.
