Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Regional IT Leader for Europe to align global IT strategy with regional business needs and drive technology operations across multiple countries.

You will lead ERP transformation, govern IT services, and support M&A activities to ensure seamless integration, security, and cost efficiency while promoting standardization and a high-performance culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of IT leadership experience with regional or multi-country scope.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

As Regional IT Leader for EUROPE, you align global IT strategy with local business needs and drive regional technology operations. You will lead ERP transformation and enterprise initiatives, govern IT services, and support M&A activities to ensure seamless integration and continuity. You’ll partner with regional leaders to lift performance, security, and compliance while promoting standardization and cost efficiency. This role offers impact across multiple countries and a clear path to shaping regional technology delivery.

• Represent the senior IT function across the Europe region and translate global strategy into regional execution
• Lead ERP transformation and other enterprise initiatives in the region
• Oversee regional infrastructure, network, end-user computing, and collaboration tools with global partners
• Ensure reliable, secure, and cost-efficient IT services across plants, offices, and distribution centers
• Drive standardization, automation, and vendor performance for continuous improvement
• Support IT due diligence, integration planning, and execution for regional M&A
• Ensure alignment with global cybersecurity standards, IT policies, and compliance (data privacy, SOX)
• Support regional risk management, audits, and business continuity planning
• Promote IT governance and architecture standards across the region
• Lead a distributed IT team and manage site IT resources
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and cost control
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and accountability
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of IT leadership experience with regional or multi-country scope
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience required
• Proven track record delivering ERP programs, digital transformation, and operational excellence
• Hands-on IT integration experience during M&A (due diligence and post-close)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, ITIL service management, cybersecurity controls, and regional regulations
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Italian) are a plus
• MBA or similar business training preferred
